The lizard consists of a very long tail. The tail is about three times longer than the snout-vent length. The species have a greenish-brown dorsum with a metallic gloss and a blackish-brown dorsolateral stripe from the snout to the base of the tail. The vente is greenish-white. The scales of the dorsum are plate-like and highly keeled at the sides of the body.
সরীসৃপটির অনেক লম্বা লেজ রয়েছে। মুখের শীর্ষ-পায়ু (স্নাউট-ভেন্ট) দৈর্ঘ্যের চেয়ে লেজটি প্রায় তিনগুণ লম্বা। প্রজাতিটির পিঠের রং ধাতব চকচকে সবুজ-বাদামী এবং মুখ থেকে লেজের গোড়া পর্যন্ত শরীরের পার্শ্ব বরাবর একটি কালো-বাদামী ডোরাকাটা দাগ রয়েছে। পেটের রং সবুজ-সাদা। পিঠের আঁশগুলি প্লেটের মতো এবং শরীরের পাশের আঁশগুলি অনেক খসখসে।
The species is diurnal and inhibits the forest floor and the grassland and cultivated land adjacent to the forest. They rely on insects.
প্রজাতিটি দিনে সক্রিয় থাকে এবং বনের মেঝে, তৃণভূমি এবং বন সংলগ্ন চাষের জমিতে বসবাস করে। এরা পোকামাকড় খেয়ে বেচে থাকে।
